Frequently Asked Questions
Can I rent without a driver?
Yes, if you hold the corresponding license and meet the requirements. We also offer a driver or operator at a different rate. The potable water truck and the flatbed are only offered with a driver.
Do you deliver the equipment to my project?
Yes. Delivery and pickup start at $100 each way depending on the distance from Vega Baja, the equipment and tolls. You can also pick it up at our facilities.
How much is the deposit?
From $500 depending on the equipment. It is refunded 3 to 5 business days after return and inspection.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 24 to 48 hours. We also take same-day requests, subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards, bank transfers and business checks. We accept purchase orders from companies, municipalities and government agencies, subject to approval.
Is water included?
No. On rentals with a driver, refills are charged separately. Without a driver, the customer arranges the water supply.
What if I cancel?
With 48 hours or more notice, no charge. Between 24 and 48 hours, 25% of the rental. With less than 24 hours, 50%. Same day or once the service has started, no refund.
What if it rains?
With light rain, work continues if it is safe. In severe weather, work is suspended and you can reschedule subject to availability.
Do you offer emergency service?
We do not operate 24/7. We offer water delivery in emergency situations, subject to availability and additional charges.
